I am the communications coordinator at a medium-sized church.

For what projects/services did your company hire 904 Creative, and what were your goals?

We had a fairly outdated website and decided to rebrand the church a bit as well. We decided we weren't equipped to take this on so we reached out to get our website redone and help it fit our needs better.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We had the website redone by another developer and felt the website still didn't fit our needs. We had a member of the congregation recommend 904 Creative so we reached out and they offered to help. We felt they listened more to what we wanted so we trusted they could fulfill our vision.

We had a phone meeting to discuss the purpose and goals of the website. They went into our preexisting Wordpress website and made additions and changed the layout of some of the pages so we could provide more information than the original design allowed.

We only worked with the owner.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We have had an increase in traffic and a multitude of compliments from both staff and members of the congregation.

We communicated both over phone and email. They let us know about any delays and made sure that our former website was still usable during the design process.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We were impressed with how they listened to our needs and built something that actually worked for us.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The website took a little longer than expected because of how much content we needed and them working off a design by the former designer, however the finished product was worth it.

Our old website was developed on Wix by a family member. We heard that our IDX options weren't good with Wix in regards to traffic so we wanted a Wordpress website designed.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

One of our agents recommended 904 Creative to us and they showed us some potential designs so we decided to go with them. They were also much more affordable than a majority of the real estate website builders out there.

We had a discovery meeting to outline our goals, what we needed, and how we wanted it to look. They took it from there and built the website and once we approved the design they helped us to set up the IDX.

We worked with just the owner.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We have had a 100% increase in leads on our website and a lot of compliments on how awesome the design was.

They were very hands-on which allowed us to be hands-off. We run multiple businesses so we don't want to have to worry about every little thing. They knew exactly what we needed and delivered.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We were impressed with the quality of the design and how they went above and beyond for us. Also, most real estate website builders make you pay an expensive subscription fee but not them. They offer a monthly fee in exchange for software subscriptions, hosting, IDX, and regular updates but much cheaper than all the other options we looked at.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We had a little trouble with the IDX at first but they were able to fix it for us without any difficulty.

I am a new agent and was in need of having a website built with IDX.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I chose this vendor because I know the owner personally and liked previous work they had done.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

After a discovery meeting, I provided them my headshots, bio, and mission statement. They had my website done within about a week. Then, they helped me to get the IDX set up and then connected it for me.

I worked with one person, the owner.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I have had numerous compliments on the website and had an increase in clients since they finished with it.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was amazing. I wanted to be pretty hands-off and trusted them to deliver and they did. All of our communication past the initial meeting was via email and everything was completed in a short time period.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was impressed about the knowledge she had about real estate websites in particular and that she was able to help me past the website design portion and even walk me through how to set up IDX with my MLS.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No, they did an excellent job.
