What I found most impressive about this team is how they integrated a custom AI chatbot that was specifically designed to learn all the information about my business. They not only delivered a smooth e-commerce experience but also created a beautiful, easy-to-navigate website. The team was great to work with — very responsive and always eager to do their best. That kind of dedication is really important to me.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Krotov Studio could have done differently?

One area that could be seen as a point for improvement was their attention to detail—they were so meticulous that sometimes it slowed down the process. However, I actually appreciated this because it showed how much they cared about getting everything just right. In the end, their thoroughness contributed to a really polished final product!
