To enable subscription services and integrate the necessary company functions to ensure all front end back end operations would work properly.

We evaluated several vendors and experience and ability to be flexible is what one us over.

Series of discovery meetings, requirements building, project plannning, product/service offering development with pricing and bundling, payment processor evaluation, and integration.

1 Senior Manager and 3-4 experienced resources

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We are up and running with a new offering that has gone over extremely well in the marketplace. We have generated new found revenue through this program and loved working with Rebar.
