What most impressed us is the way they did not sit on everybody’s preconception of the human-centric design but rather pushed us out of the box to look beyond our narrow lens. Lastly, our product itself needed way less troubleshooting from customer success, and we were able to focus on more complex customer problems (because of Josh’s simplification of our UX) allowing us to pivot up-market.
