I’m the lead of the technology department in a company that provides cybersecurity and managed services.

What challenge were you trying to address with Progressino LLC?

We were facing challenges in our services so we outsourced Progressino to provide us solutions.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We provided Progressino with a client list and an existing ticketing infrastructure. Under an NDA, their team did extensive research and reached out to our clients on our behalf. They installed a tool through which our clients can send an alert or make a call if they need Progressino’s help with some issues. 

Their team recruited additional manpower to take on calls and monitor our environment 24/7.

Initially, we worked with two people from the team. Towards the end, though, we were interacting with five members.

We found them via Upwork. Upon presenting a proposal solution to us, we decided to work with them.

How much have you invested with them?

The billing was at approximately $8,000 a month.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our partnership started in July 2020 and has just ended this March 2021.

How did Progressino LLC perform from a project management standpoint?

The project management and execution was done by our internal team. Progression was mostly handling the technical services and CRM, and we never felt anything negative about their performance.

We used ConnectWise throughout the project and utilized Zoho as a ticketing tool. We also had weekly video calls, with escalations being handled by our own project management teams along with the technical leads. Since we did not allow them to interface with our clients, we had account managers acting as intermediaries.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Progression offered a complete solution, which we’ve never seen other providers do. They have a multi-level team who went beyond their tasks and worked with our clients to resolve any issue from the moment a ticket has been filed.  

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could’ve outsourced some employees from both the US and Barcelona.

Progression is a professional service provider that offers complete solutions. They can be the backbone to any company that hires them.

At the first meeting, we discussed all the requirements and changes. Firstly, the team delivered mockups for our website. After a few iterations, their team designed and developed our website.

After all the required changes, we saw an immense increase in traffic and leads. Clients love the updated design along with the new features.

we had daily conversations with the project manager to get an update on our website who communicated with the rest of the team. We used slack and email to coordinate.

The team was very professional and goes to length to help out its clients. They understand the product well and put the best practices to deliver an excellent product. Highly recommend it to other clients.

I am currently working as a consultant at a tech company.

I am working on the installations for SharePoint Servers and also doing the administration on SharePoint based web applications. I was doing the installation for one of my client and got some error during the installation which I was not able to fix and I also looked for the resolution online but no luck.

Then Someone referred me Progressino LLC who is also providing SharePoint resource on contract basis who helped me to unblock that issue. I really appreciate with the services they provided me and will strongly recommend to give them a chance to work on your projects.

My friend referred this vendor and as per the reviews from different clients I found they are providing a quality service.

To Build SharePoint Servers, We basically need the architecture call with the client to understand their environment and as per the system requirement to install SharePoint on the Windows Server we ask them to build their servers ready for the installation. After the architecture call we schedule the meeting on tentative date to proceed with the pre-check on the servers to make sure everything is required for installing the SharePoint is at its place.

After that we have to schedule another call for final installation where Progressino LLC came into the picture where I needed their help to resolve my issue.

They gave me 2 resources for fixing my issue and both were Senior Technical Engineer.

After having couple of meetings with the engineers, they unblocked me with the installation issue. They were technically very strong and able to resolve my issue.

They are very proactive in responding on emails. I found them working 24x7 as when ever I require any update regarding my project. I got the response very quickly.
