Our business was falling behind competitors who had online booking systems. Not wanting to rent a system, which leaves our customers' data open for sale, we wanted to create our own closed booking system, keeping everyone's data safe and putting us in full control. Litslink was able to create a complex booking system. This system is now used by customers from their own computers as well as us in the office. It is able to gather and save needed information, such as names, weights, and contact information, show available days, reserve the flights, collect 50% deposit, as well as calculate how many more people and how much more weight we can accept for every flight. We also have full control, so we can add and subtract pilots and aircraft, mark days unavailable, change weight requirements, change pricing, etc. Litslink is continuing to assist us in keeping the system up to date as well as make any changes we need in the code.

We have a fantastic booking system that people love. We are no longer losing business to the competition's rented online booking system, and our customers' data is not up for grabs.

The overall booking system took longer than expected, as transforming our old-school, completely handwritten system to an online based system was an enormous challenge. We also had trouble getting our old credit card payment system to play nicely with the new technology. We eventually had to switch that system as well. Litslink patiently worked with us through every trouble, until we had a booking system we love. They did, and still do, respond quickly to anything we need. We're incredibly grateful!

I attempted to work with other developers before we found Litslink. My emails to other companies either went unanswered, or they responded only to tell us they don't work with small businesses like ours. Litslink on the other hand, responded immediately and were very happy to help us with whatever we needed. They answered every question we had, and worked with us endlessly, even when we encountered frustrating problems. The responsiveness of Litslink is top-notch, and they don't quit until they've found a solution. We're thankful we found them.

Before 2023, AIHR had no formal quality assurance processes or resources. This created gaps in our ability to confidently release features at scale, leading to occasional bugs reaching production. We hired LITSLINK to create an initiative for end-to-end testing.

In collaboration with LITSLINK, we launched a dedicated QA initiative that established a full-fledged quality control framework from the ground up. With the help of an embedded QA specialist, we implemented automated end-to-end testing using Datadog Synthetic Tests, integrated QA checks into our CI/CD pipelines, and dramatically improved our overall product reliability. What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Warning: Terrible Experience and stay away from this subpar, deceitful agency I recently had a dreadful experience with this agency, and I feel compelled to share my story to warn others. This agency not only withdrew payments from my account without my consent, but they also failed to deliver the promised fully functional app as per our contract for a fixed price of around $15k. 

I possess concrete evidence to support my claims. The incompetence displayed by both their sales, project management and engineering teams, left me with no choice but to abandon the project after I saw their incompetence. Despite the positive reviews and a claimed 100% completion rate, I found their actual performance to be sub-par. 

If you value your peace of mind and wish to avoid unnecessary stress, and endless scope discussions in the middle of project for no reason, I strongly advise against engaging with this firm. They are more adept at taking your money than delivering results, eventually ghosting you. This is a truly incompetent and unreliable company, capable only of handling basic, generic projects like landing pages. 

I had high hopes based on their initial promises and positive reviews, but it quickly became apparent that they are nothing more than a subpar, deceitful firm. They make false commitments and manipulate information. Despite my efforts to maintain a good working relationship, their incompetent team created chaos and stress throughout the project. 

Despite providing detailed design files and excel documents, their responsibility to write a proper specification and later executing on it was poorly executed. The project faced resistance and unnecessary delays from their project managers, sales leading to a two-month setback. 

Despite acknowledging the incomplete work, they shamelessly requested additional funds, eventually ghosting when unable to deliver. Furthermore, it's worth noting that this agency falsely claims to be US-based, engaging in unethical practices such as lying and manipulating information through various communication channels. 

I have ample proof of their deceptive actions in chats, emails, and calls. In conclusion, if you want a successful, on -time project delivery, stress-free project, steer clear of this agency.
