We needed help with web and mobile app development.

What was the scope of their involvement?

4 Way Technologies provided us with their web and mobile app development expertise. What they produced is a food delivery software used in trains and railways.

They made the app compatible with iOS and Android and focused on the backend where restaurants can access orders. We provided a complete list of required features and third-party vendors, including payment gateways.

My main points of contact were the project manager and CTO.

How did you come to work with 4 Way Technologies?

We found their team on Upwork, where we posted the project. We chose to work with them because of their expe creating software for railways and trains.

How much have you invested with them?      

We invested $25,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from March 2020–December 2021.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Thanks to 4 Way Technologies, we've onboarded around 400 restaurants and garnered about 10,000 users.

How did 4 Way Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?

In-person communication was restricted due to lockdowns, but we had coffee meetups prior to the pandemic.

We typically communicated through Zoom and Skype, and they successfully delivered all their tasks despite experiencing some setbacks in the beginning.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their teamwork and development expertise were very impressive.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don't have any constructive feedback because the partnership between us was great.

I don't have any specific advice, but I highly recommend them for your web and mobile app development needs.
