We hired Nemomakes to create all of the designs for our software suite: administrative site, client site, client portal, client mobile app, field worker mobile app.

We interviewed several different agencies before we hired Nemomakes. Their experience and expertise was above everyone else.

At the start of the project, Nemomakes created wireframes for all our properties. Each wire frame was created per our software requirements. Next, we added the GiddyOps branding to those wireframes. We continue through multiple rounds of reviews and revisions. The final designs were implemented by our frontend developers.

We mostly worked with one designer.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We are very happy with the results of Nemomakes designs. They are on-brand and fit our requirements. The agency is extremely easy to work with and the deliverables are given ahead of schedule.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Nemomakes is always quick to respond and we never have difficulty getting in touch with someone from that team. We use Slack for all our communications and they had no problem using that platform.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most impressive thing about Nemomakes by far is their design work.  They put a lof of focus on UX so my team doesn't have to :)

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I can't think of anything there is that they could have done better. I highly recommend them for anyone's design needs.

We met with Gene from Nemomakes to go through various landing pages that our clients needed and described our clients’ businesses. Gene asked detailed questions about the audience and products or services that were supposed to be showcased. After starting work, we met with Nemomakes team twice a week for progress and to provide feedback. They were very quick with turnarounds and followups. Every landing page was delivered with final designs and front-end code.

• Information architecture and site mapping: plans for organizing content and features within the web service to optimize usability and navigation.
• Wireframes and mockups: Visual representations of Libr.ai's interface design, showing layout, structure, and functionality.
• Visual design concepts: Comps and style guides that established the visual identity and branding of the Libr.ai, including colors, typography, and imagery.
• UI design assets: Production-ready assets including icons, graphics, and UI elements for use in the final implementation of Libr.ai.
• Design specifications and guidelines: Documentation outlining design decisions, best practices, and guidelines for developers to follow during implementation.

Gene and Nemomakes run an amazing process. They go from strategy and brainstorming to specific steps necessary to make concepts reality. They worked to create options and consensus, and articulated the requisite steps and deliverables upfront and along the way. 
Most importantly they delivered top shelf work, on time, every time! His team worked across multiple time zones so work was conducted around the clock. Pivots and changes to approach that would have frustrated many, were taken in stride and accommodated with a smile.

Our app scope was primarily defined by a list of required and optional features, screens, and capabilities. Progress was measured based on how many of these features were designed in the mobile app.

Items were delivered quickly and revisions were also very fast. Even if it couldn't be done immediately, Nemomakes would confirm receipt of the question/task and mention a timeframe of when a respond could be expected.
