Prymr engaged Brechin Dev in the early stages of our concept design as a key strategic partner. Our platform requires extremely heavy design and must perform beautifully and smoothly out the gate. Scope: 

1. Concept Design. Brechin has assisted Pryrmr with its concept design from day 1, key deliverables as follows: 
   1. Develop comprehensive feature database and company roadmap. 
   2. Engage in big sky visionary brainstorming on the highest and best use of company resources and Prymr's "fully scaled" capabilities. 
   3. Pare down feature database to the tightest possible early build with capability to add on key features seamlessly. 
2. Prototyp design. Brechin developed an EXTREMELY detailed and clean lofi and hifi wireframe for Prymr's first version; key deliverables as follows: 
   1. Develop concept and roadmap plan (noted above) 
   2. Develop several iterations of lofi prototype for early product / workflow testing. 
   3. With Prymr team, develop beautiful and intuitive Prymr hifi prototype. 
   4. Prepare comprehensive user stories and product documentation in preparation for development.

Measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success included: 

1. Detailed updates throughout project 
2. Timely responses at all hours to engage in brainstorming and product ideation 
3. They provided on-time prototype development at an extremely tight timeline and a beautiful product.

The entire Brechin team did an outstanding job with project management. Our Prymr team has come from both big companies like Coinbase and smaller startups, so we've see a lot of different work styles. Brechin's project timeline and management was elite. Very fast response times, thoughtful engagement with our crazy ideas, and tight implementation of very complex abstract concepts.

The Brechin team operates at a high level comparable to other elite tech companies, with the intensity and drive to match, but balances with a friendliness and creativity that left our entire team feeling inspired and productive as we build tools that need to scale to 2B+ users while supporting a heavy mission of fostering human creativity. We wouldn't have been able to get where we are without their support!

Are there any areas for improvement or something Brechin Dev could have done differently?

The team could focus on outlaying the entire development cycle timeline at the outset so that we know what to expect working with them. This unfolded over time, but a preview would be helpful so we know where we're headed!
