If anything, it was more difficult for them to reach us to make things move forward because they caught us in a very hectic time. From the beginning, when drafting a proposal to the meeting for the design process and any subsequent revisions, they kept us up to date. Their receptiveness and their ability to adapt and act accordingly to whatever we threw at them. In our first meeting, Pacific54 sent us an initial mockup. My bosses changed their mind and wanted to take it in another direction and completely flipped it. Pacific54 gave us exactly what we wanted because they adapted quickly and efficiently.
