I'm an executive at an apparel company; we manufacture clothes and sell them on our website and a physical store.

What challenge were you trying to address with Dizmire?

We sought the services of Dizmire in digital marketing and website development to build our brand.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Dizmire designed a website that we could manage ourselves, and that would attract customers. They built our site on WordPress, and we can check sales and run other analyses through it. They also did our social media branding and PPC; we mainly focused on Facebook, Instagram, and Google. In addition, we asked them to run the PPC on Google Ads and website traffic on Facebook.

Regarding the website features, we requested them to include payment integration, a transactional commercial website, an e-commerce website, and a UI/UX design. We also asked them to do some basic SEO.

We worked with three people from their team, including a content writer, a social media marketing expert, and a business consultant.

How did you come to work with Dizmire?

We found them through a Google search. After coming across them, we contacted them and briefed them on what we wanted to achieve. They were happy to take on the project, and our partnership kicked off.

How much have you spent with them?

We've spent $27,000–$35,000 with them so far.

What is the status of the engagement?

We worked together from January–December 2021.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The team effortlessly gave a clean and clear strategy for e-commerce marketing flow, and we have integrated it into our system. Also, when we first built our website, there were no sales, so we asked them to plan a strategy where we could generate sales, and within two months, we received about $700 — that was the biggest highlight we got from their involvement.

In addition to that, we experienced an increase in traffic and conversions from our site through their PPC campaigns.

How did Dizmire perform from a product management standpoint?

They were great at meeting deadlines — they were always on schedule and never late. In terms of communication, we used Zoom, Google Meets, and in-person meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They have a team of professionals, their price is reasonable, and the quality of their work is great.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don't think there is anything they can improve on — everything was fine.

Work within a reasonable timeline and provide them with whatever they need to execute your project.

Please describe your company and your position there.

I'm the manager of a clothing retailer which is basically fashion & apparel online retail company. We are also the manufacturer of women's dresses and accessories.

For what projects/services did your company hire Dizmire?

I was looking for all in one Digital Marketing Agency who can handle and manage our digital marketing activities such as Ecommerce website development, social media marketing & management. And, my team were also suggesting to find an internet marketing agency who can give us the right strategy for brand building and maintain it and who can help us to generate online sales for our brand.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Dizmire does marketing on Google by PPC campaign, Google Shopping Ads, Social Media Branding. In simple word: Dizmire had given us the same that we were looking for our brand. And finally, we would be able to reach people and notify them of our amazing products at a reasonable price but also keep our brand in the back of their minds with remarketing strategy.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

After kick-off meeting, they helped us by showing a road-map for the Ecommerce Marketing Strategy and they ask for the approval from us and we had given the approval. After the 2nd meeting and the approval their website designer shown us UI design, and we liked too and then they started to build the website by WordPress with WooCommerce setup and really it was mobile responsive too.

After website got ready, they started to develop the content such SEO Copywriting, Social Media content development and SEO optimization too. When everything got ready their PPC expert suggested to run PPC campaign on Google first then they suggested for Google Shopping Ads. They also manage the Instagram and Facebook Page.

1. First, I worked with Mr. Kumar (Marketing Consultant), who onboarded me.
2. I then worked with Miss Aditi (Account Manager).
3. Mr. Singh PPC experts also helped with Google Shopping Ads.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our online sales from ₹ 0 - ₹3,50,000 in 3 months only and our social media followers started to increase and engage.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Initially it was little bit confusion for my team but in 2 days my team members also started got engage with their experts. Yes! it was good workflow as they what committed they fulfilled to us.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We were impressed by their unique work style, which gave us 350, 000 Indian rupee in sales in just a few months.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Being a manager of an ecommerce store, my main concern was to get a good rate of ROAS from every ₹ rupee we spent on ecommerce marketing. But initially we found that maybe we are not getting rank on Google but later on found that everything was on its path. Yes! we found SEO copywriting needs to be stronger compare to the available competitors in the market.
