What truly set Lifted Metric apart was their daily engagement with us. We had video meetings to discuss progress, address any issues, and refine strategies, and their daily emails kept us informed and involved in every step of the process. Weekly reviews of deliverables ensured that we were consistently aligned and satisfied with the progress.

We had a few hiccups, but they always were willing to work out any concerns.  I don't have any changes I would make at this time.

Since partnering with Lifted Metrics, we’ve significantly improved the flow of qualified leads.

How did Lifted Metrics perform from a project management standpoint?

They perform well from a project management perspective, as they’ve been absolutely excellent from a communications standpoint. They also deliver their tasks on time and stick to the budget, so that I couldn’t speak any higher on that regard.

There’s nothing they could do differently.

I lead Acquisitions and growth for a real estate company who buy single family homes directly from homeowners.

For what projects/services did your company hire Lifted Metrics, and what were your goals?

We hired Lifted Metrics to help us launch and test paid Google search ads. They put together and executed our entire strategy, from landing page design and optimization to keyword research and management of our PPC campaign.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We found them through a referral and interviewed them along with 5 other companies. Based on their full-service offering (landing page, keyword research, Google Ads management), clear proposal with defined timeline and pricing, and communication style we decided they were the right fit for us.

Our engagement begin at the discovery phase. We first laid out our goals on a call with Lifted Metrics, they then detailed out project steps and a timeline. We then held a group strategy session before Lifted Metrics started working on the keyword research. We collaborated and fined tuned the research over the course of week before Lifted Metrics delivered:

1. a draft of the landing page
2. final keyword research
3. initial Google Ads campaign strategy

From there, we aligned on an effective test budget. We launched the campaign and attended weekly insight/strategy calls. Lifted Metrics shared performance updates weekly and optimization recommendations. They fully managed our Google Ads account and continued to make optimizations to the landing page and keyword strategy throughout the campaign.

They assigned a project manager who distributed work amongst their team. However, for more in-depth questions or calls the project manager would bring in specialists (buying team, landing page design team, etc.) to meet with us directly.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

In the final month of our 3 month test we hit a conversion rate of 3.17% - which is very high for this industry. We tested 6 landing page variables and gained insight into best performing copy and landing pages. We identified best performing key words and phrases The Lifted Metrics team delivered qualified leads and showed improved results week over week.

We were very happy with their insights and optimizations during the campaign. The goal of this campaign was to prove out the channel, better understand the size of the opportunity, and map out a strategy to deliver a positive ROI on ad spend. The team did just that.

We communicate mostly over email and our project manager has been great at communicating updates and responding to questions. The team was clear with deliverables and set expectations early on.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We were impressed with their knowledge of this space and ability to help from start to finish - so we did not need to piece together multiple companies. We also felt like they were very upfront and honest in what to expect - which is not often the case in this industry.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They were not specialists in our industry (real estate acquisitions) or had run many of these campaigns in the past. I am not sure this impacted the results or their effort, but perhaps it could have helped if they had more expertise in this area or could have applied learnings from other real estate campaigns. However, they did the proper research and proved they can be successful in a broad range of industries, including real estate.

We were in need of more leads, so we hired Lifted Metrics to create and execute an ad campaign. Previously, we hired other companies to do this and spent considerably more with far worse results.

Then they sent us a plan that was tailored for our needs and budget, with specific deliverables. We stayed in touch weekly on the progress and the results were better than anticipated.

I had one point of contact that handled our project, but he worked with a team. I really didn't have to communicate with anyone else and that's what I prefer.

The goal was to generation more leads, very specific leads. Not only did they stay within our tight budget, but they created campaigns that were hyper relevant, getting us exactly the type of calls that we needed. I spent much less money for more quality leads than I did with previous companies. Best of all, I rarely received any junk / unrelated calls. It was like every call I got from their campaigns was exactly what we needed.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Flawless. They would keep me updated regular and really handled the communication and meetings so that I could focus on running my business.

They took the time to really understand my need before I ever paid them a dime.

No, it was my best experience with a digital marketing agency through and through.
