We hired them for marketing purposes; to create awareness of what we’re building.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Easy Design created our website. The team also launched social media marketing campaigns, on Facebook and Instagram, as well as Google.

I work with two people: the owner and a marketing lead.

How did you come to work with Easy Design Solutions?

We found Easy Design on Google, but we’d also heard of their services through word of mouth. 

How much have you invested with them?

The website was around $15,000, and we spend $3,500 per month for the ad campaign management. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We’ve been working together since January 2019.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Easy Design’s services are very high quality; they’ve yielded great results for us. They’ve helped us secure mainly leads, as well as a greater awareness in our area. We’re definitely very satisfied with their contributions. What they do works.

How did Easy Design Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?

We use email to stay in touch and Basecamp as a project tracking tool. They’re excellent with communication and managing deadlines.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their communication level is impressive. They’re very friendly and professional. As soon as we tell them what we need, they get to work on it right away. 

They also have very creative ideas on how to market our services, which we appreciate very much. They are very efficient in using our budget to create the most results without spending money on unnecessary advertising. Easy Design knows our target market, and that’s what they focus on.

I feel like we’re getting great results, and good use of all their services.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t think so. They do a good job for us.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I would definitely recommend Easy Design for anyone who wants to increase their business and get their services in front of people.

I’m the executive director of the Potomac Soccer Association. We’re a small nonprofit youth soccer club that fields about 55 teams in and around Montgomery County, Maryland.

What challenge were you trying to address with Easy Design Solutions?

We were using a templated website that was integrated into our registration system. That meant that it lacked SEO capabilities and couldn’t really capture leads. As a result, we needed a partner that could develop a new site for us along with coordinating marketing campaigns around PPC/SEO.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement? 

Easy Design Solution started by sending their team over to discuss what we wanted them to do. It was a deep dive into who we were as a club, what our philosophies were, and what we were trying to accomplish. From there, they came back with recommendations on our website and campaigns.

They built a new WordPress site from scratch that captured all of the qualities we were looking for, including backend SEO capabilities as well as lead generation opportunities through social (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter).

Currently, we’re a week out from launching our site. They’re still enhancing our backend, and we’re working on getting approved for a Google grant to start our PPC campaigns. 

What is the team composition? 

I work directly with Claudia (Owner) and her executive assistant. During the development process, there were probably about 4–5 people involved with my team, but that has scaled down to 1–2 people. 

How did you come to work with Easy Design Solutions?

I’d reached out to a couple of local companies that didn’t really take the project seriously before getting in touch with Claudia. She’s the parent of one of our players, so I talked to her about the project and sponsorship opportunities.

How much have you invested with them?

The project has cost about $10,000, so far.

What is the status of this engagement?

The main development started in October 2019 with a target launch date of April 2020. Unfortunately, we had to delay the launch due to COVID-19, so we’ve just launched last week in October 2020. They’re now preparing all of the marketing campaigns to roll out.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Within the first week of launch, we got a lot more traffic and even converted our first lead. Easy Design Solutions is particularly good at analytics — it’s their wheelhouse, so they really understand what the numbers mean. As far as lead generation goes, they understand how to test marketing so that they can refine their messaging to accomplish our goals.

How did Easy Design Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re extremely thorough. We use Basecamp to track the project, upload assets, and take notes on to-dos. But, they’ve let us know that if we aren’t comfortable with Basecamp, we can always contact them directly by phone and email. That just goes to show how accommodating they are about their communication style. You get to set the two-way communication.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re really dedicated to our success, and I can see that they're passionate about doing the right thing by our company.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, nothing that I can I see. When the pandemic hit, I reached out to them to pause the project because I didn’t really know what was going to happen. They were completely understanding, which, being a small business, that was very helpful to us.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Even if you don’t know what you need, meet with Easy Design Solutions. They have such good analytics that they’ll be able to tell you what you don’t know.

I'm the owner/manager of Home Business Services, a professional home services provider in the greater Fredericksburg, VA area.

Initially, I was only looking for someone to help me build a website.

What were your goals for this project?

After a few disappointing experiences with several local web-service providers, I wanted a partner that not only listened to my needs but actually offered innovative solutions for future marketing goals.

I found them through a Google search.

Easy Design Solutions provided a full package of online marketing services: website development, SEO, Google My Business, Google Ads, and social media (Facebook, LinkedIn).

What was the team composition?

I only dealt with Claudia (Owner, Easy Design Solutions), but I know that other members of her team were working on the project. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

After less than a year, my website is ranking on the first page of Google results. I’ve also seen outstanding daily leads with a great conversion rate. My Google Business listing has the highest number of reviews, and my budget is considerably lower.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

I gave Easy Design Solutions a challenging deadline of less than a month from start to finish. The team worked very hard to successfully reach my deadline. Claudia was in charge of every step of the way. I especially appreciated her communication skills and project management capabilities. She also managed to deliver the project under the initial budget. 

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Easy Design Solutions’ honesty, straight-forward approach, and out-of-the-box thinking were most impressive.

Are there any areas for improvement?

No. If anything, they should scale up their business because I'd like to be a shareholder.
