Domo Furniture Website
Designing a digital showcase of luxury furniture items and homewares to live beautifully.
With furniture innovations and beautifully aesthetic textiles, Domo Furniture are the industry leaders in luxury and living beautifully. With their striking European furniture, we knew a website with large imagery to showcase the furniture was in order, complete with a custom shopping experience that integrates with the in-store POS systems over 6 stores, including the warehouse.
The challenge on this project was organising their massive range of furniture and homewares into clear and concise categories while marrying it up with their internal POS system for a seamless stock count.
The search experience needed to included easy to understand filters so users could narrow down particular items they were after. Search filters included the style of furniture, being contemporary, classic or outdoors while also drilling down to covering types such as leather, fabric or suede.
Fitting nicely into the white-space trend with a smooth pastel colour palette, the site is a sophisticated extension of Domo’s high-end brand.

NATTo Website
A beautiful balance between a retail and corporate brand.
Naturally, Australian Tea Tree Oil, NATTo, are a leading Australian tea tree oil company that not only provide pure tea tree oil products but grow, distil and bottle the product themselves. We leveraged their sensational assets and pristine aesthetic to create an online experience that takes users into the world of NATTo with colour, texture and a clean layout.
While NATTo is a long-standing wholesale supplier of pure tea tree oil for over 25 years, they were branching out into the retail sector and needed a website to transform their company and products into a more consumer-friendly brand.
The website nicely balances the components of an ecommerce shopping experience with a corporate company site to inspire and educate users about the tea tree plantation.
We dived head-first into the brand and packaging, then moved straight on to the website. The site was carefully planned out with industry research, wireframes, colour pairing and high-end photography to showcase the company’s new brand and product line. There was also a strong focus on educating users about NATTo’s ethics and purity of its products which is beautifully communicated via large photography, icons and well-written copy.

Phillip Island Chocolate Factory Website
A sweet design for a delicious attraction on Phillip Island.
The Phillip Island Chocolate Factory is, without a doubt, the sweetest and most addictive attraction on Phillip Island! With tourists from all over the world and Melbournian locals visiting every day, we wanted to create a website that would start their chocolate experience online with fun and excitement.
The site was planned out for optimum user experience to ensure a strong user friendly site, with a focus on building a solid platform for SEO optimization.
The website focuses on a fun and happy design that informs and educates visitors on the attractions, opening hours and what they can expect to see and do.
With the popularity of educational school group visits to the factory, a whole page was introduced and dedicated to this demographic. The dedicated page provides valuable information specific to school teachers and helpers, with downloadable PDF resources based on the Victorian Essential Learning Standards (VELS) for both preparatory work before a visit and for follow up learning after the visit, where students can discover the complexity of the end-to-end life cycle of chocolate.

Windragon Website
Redefining a company ordering system and propelling their online presence.
Windragon are a large wholesale supplier of life-like artificial flowers and plants looking to update their outdated website that also required a more powerful ordering system. One of the challenges on this project was to create a login hierarchy system allowing clients to put orders through online.
Windragon required different levels of access with different pricing structures, based on the login type assigned to that client.
The product range is quite large and locked to the general public, which meant users needed an approved account with Windragon to view their huge range of products. It was that account approval process where the level of access would be assigned.
Treating it like a member-based eCommerce site, we embarked on creating a new website built with the ordering system in mind, as it is a major part of running the business and a beautiful update to the brand.

New York Minute Website
Get ready to experience the taste.
A visually stunning and effective website design and development project for one of Melbourne’s top ten burger restaurants – New York Minute. This is more than just a place to eat, a visit to NYM is an authentic experience: the food, space and atmosphere are all artfully designed to encourage togetherness and keep customers coming back.
Fox & Lee has had the pleasure of working with the founder of NYM from day one, starting with the brand. Since its inception, the brand has rapidly grown into a strong burger chain of restaurants and is now home to one of Melbourne’s top 10 burgers.
When it came time for the website, well after the first restaurant had opened, we wanted to create an experience that truly reflected the NYM experience. The website was designed to communicate their unique point of difference from the competition with beautiful photography, background story and a focus on the fresh produce which is the backbone to the delicious taste at New York Minute.
We wanted visitors to experience what it was like to be in one of the restaurants, rather than just being a website to check out their online menu and locations.
Through careful planning, wireframing, a clean structure and visitor tracking we were able to design and develop a website that reflected exactly what the culture and passion is behind the NYM brand.

AAW Global Logistics Website
Raising the bar for a logistics and freighting brand.
The biggest challenge on this project was to create a logistics and freighting website that was stunning to look at and not a straight-up corporate site. Taking a slightly different approach, we saw an opportunity to show off the beautiful side of logistics and design it as if it were an art gallery of logistics that took the user on a visual experience rather than another corporate information based site.

Please describe your company and your position there.
I'm a director of a trade policy consultancy. We specialise in providing businesses and governments with trade policy advice.
For what projects/services did your company hire Fox & Lee, and what were your goals?
Our company was going through a rebranding and renaming process and we needed a new visual identity as well as a new website.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
It was difficult to find web and design firms that understood the size of our company and what we needed to achieve with the branding and the website. Fox and Lee's previous projects fit us perfectly. After a couple of conversations with David, we worked out they were a good fit.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
Fox and Lee undertook the design task first, which we were happy with. They then undertook the web development for the site to our specifications. The process was very smooth.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
There were two project managers during the process, and any hand over between them was seamless.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
We've had very good responses to the branding and site so far.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
Fox and Lee would contact us when things were completed or needed a decision from us, and they were very good at 'managing us' as a client. They stuck to their deadlines, and they were very responsive to any requests, such as re-sending files, making changes correctly, etc.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
That they understood our company, our budget and what we were trying to achieve, and that they didn't try to up sell us.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
No
The client was pleased that they received positive feedback from their external stakeholders. Fox & Lee was highly accessible and understanding. Above all, they completed their job within budget, leading to a successful engagement.
