Banfana has been a great partner in managing and scaling our paid search efforts on Google. We have doubled the number of clinics since starting with them, requiring very in-depth attention to detail and understanding of the intricacies of our business.

Overall, the team has been very on top of it when it comes to communication, deadlines, and deliverables. If there was ever a miscommunication, everything was handled well and quickly via slack or a phone call. The team is super collaborative and feels like an extension of our own.

I worked with Harrison for several years at a previous agency.

We started working together in January 2023, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Banfana’s team is incredible. I love working with them. I’ve worked with them for many years, and I try to use them as much as I can on Google Ads. We’ve been friends for a long time.

I have options for who I could work with, but Banfana is excellent, and they’re the ones I enjoy working with the most.

How did Banfana perform from a project management standpoint?

They have a great team that keeps things streamlined. We’ve never had any issues with project management. Banfana is always willing to jump on a call or an audit, and they always over-deliver on their side.

They use our platform, which is client-dependent. They’ve never said they can’t plug into something. We communicate mainly through Slack.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Banfana continues to innovate on the Google side. They specialize in what they do and haven’t tried to veer too far outside of that. There’s something to be said about being the best at what they’re good at.

No, there aren’t any.

Just do it. Be realistic about your goals and tell them everything you’re trying to achieve. They have a great team of specialists.

We needed to fix an underperforming ad structure in our Google Ads account and get it working for our business again, which included:

• increasing daily spend

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Banfana CRUSHED it...

Prior to working with them, our previous SEM resource had mishandled our account, leading to not only a 25-30% drop in ROAS, but we were also not able to maintain the same levels of spend that we'd previously spent on a daily basis. Banfana restored our previous ROAS levels...and increased them another 10-20%. They did this while also increasing our daily spend – we doubled our budgets in just a few months.
