BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

I am one of the owners of a family-owned furniture store. We sell mid- to high-end custom furniture to designers as well as the public.

We were looking for new ways to advertise online to capture the most customers in a targeted way.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to increase traffic to our website and increase sales overall.

How did you select this vendor?

We first met The Web Sharks when they went door-to-door trying to find new clients. They showed us what their plan was and how they have helped other clients who also wanted to increase their traffic and sales. They have a long list of clients that have stayed with them for a long time. We decided to give them a chance because past companies were not effective.

Describe the project in detail.

They did most of the planning for our launch. They asked us to answer some questions that were related to our business and what markets we wanted to target the most. Our engagement focused mainly on Google Ads campaigns.

We always work with Jonathan (President, The Web Sharks) or Justin (Sales).

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any statistics or metrics that speak to the quality of their work and impact of the engagement?

Since the start of our partnership, we’ve received about 25-30% more hits to our website and we saw an increase in overall sales. The sales numbers have continued to improve month over month. They focus on target markets that mean something to our marketplace as opposed to the broad range of everyone.

How did The Web Sharks perform from a project management standpoint?

I met with them several times at our store before the launch of our campaign. They always showed up on time and went right to work. All of the analytics were showing up on Google Analytics and Google AdWords and we could see the changes from day to day. They are available most of the time and if I have a question and they are unavailable, I just leave a message or send an email and they get back to me within a reasonable time. They are friendly and easy to communicate with.

What impresses you about The Web Sharks?

They are really knowledgeable about SEO and PPC advertising. I could tell just by listening to what they said about it.

Are there any areas for improvement?

No, we’re very satisfied.
