I’m the operations manager of Friendly Logistics, we’re a brokerage firm with asset associations and two trucking firms.

What challenge were you trying to address with WebPossible Website Design?

We were looking for an awesome website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They handled the platform’s design and development with our input. We supplied all the images and information. Their team worked with us every step of the way. If there were changes that needed to be made, they took care of it.

What is the team composition?

I worked with Ryan (Owner). Because of COVID-19, we didn’t get the chance to see the office in person.

I was looking at different web designers in my area. I came upon WebPossible Website Design, talked to Ryan, and it seemed like a great fit.

We invested less than $1,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

The project ran from May–July 2020.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The website’s all set up and now we’re now working on developing business cards. Ryan developed a great website, and we look professional. It showcases pictures of our trucks and different sceneries.

We’ve had great internal feedback from partners and ownership; they’re all thumbs up. We’re competing with the big dogs out there, whether we’re big-dog status or not, we look like it.

How did WebPossible Website Design perform from a project management standpoint?

We were the ones dragging our feet on this because there are so many partners and moving pieces on our end. Ryan was often waiting for us. He hit his deadlines quickly and easily. He was very excellent at communication.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Ryan was easy-going, and I could easily talk to him. Communication is key, and that’s his strong suit. He understood what we were trying to do.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, not at all. The website looks great.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Be honest with Ryan. Describe all the aspects and details you’re looking for. Then, let him be creative.

Cash Buyers Macomb is a real estate company focusing on finding solutions for people with real estate problems. I am the General Manager.

Everything. We needed a website built from the ground up to service all of our needs as well as an online presence in the form of SEO.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted everyone who visited the website to understand what we offer within a minute of being there. A site that is eye catching and flows easily.

Word of mouth recommendation.

I needed a website. I needed to be found when people search for real estate help. Ryan put together the website and plenty of SEO work. With his SEO, we were on the front page of google in no time! We generate quite a bit of traffic from our online presence now.

Just, Ryan.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Our online presence went from 0-100. 90% of our leads come from google searches now. It has helped immensely.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Ryan is a one man crew. He's very efficient, has excellent communication skills and always met his deadlines.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Ryan is an impressive guy. He stays focused on my project while it was being built and if I ever have a question he is quick to reply with an answer. He's always available for any changes I want to make or to add new services to my website.

Are there any areas for improvement?

For me - Ryan was a perfect fit. If someone had a truly large project, maybe that wouldn't work.. but maybe he has a freelance crew for things like that. Ryan will be my first call if I ever need any help establishing or increasing my online footprint.

We hired Ryan at WebPossible to build and update websites for our numerouss businesses. We also ended up hiring him to help us with our Google search rank as well.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goals were to get modern looking websites that helped us generate revenue. We sell products and services online. We also wanted to rank higher than our local competition for those services in search results.

WebPossible was recommended to us.

Ryan built three websites usiing the Wordpress platform. He also integrated our product and service sale which we use a third party called Rezdy for. He also integrated a Wordpress plugin to help us sell apparal directly on our site. In addition, he performed an in depth campaign to improve our search position which included research into our keywords, services and target market.

Ryan works primarily by himself.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Ryan's work was integral in the expansion of our business. Our websites generate well into six figures per year with our online sales. All of Ryan's work and expertise made this possible. It has also taken a huge amount of manpower requirements off our plate.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Ryan communicated with us on a regular basis primarily through email and phone.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

His ability to develop a plan and execute that plan. We have a minimal understanding of WordPress, but they made the process easy for us.

We are extremely happy with all the services WebPossible provides.

They help me with backend maintenance and make the site better for SEO. They also set Facebook Ads for me and helped me target 10-15 keywords for organic searches.

I found them on UpWork. I found them responsive, good at what they do, easy to communicate with, and flexible. I hired them initially to do a small job and have continued to work with them ever since.

We began working together in June 2019, and our engagement is ongoing.

I’m very satisfied with them. They do a good job of working within my small budget. They set Facebook Ads for me very quickly and they performed even better than an expert I hired in the past.
