Gordon & Khepri Digital were in charge of SEO & SEM. They were supposed to get us about 150~200% ROI by ensuring that 1) Ads were making money 2) SEO was putting us on Page 1 for defined set of keywords For 2), they had a performance guarantee in the agreement, assuring us that no payment is to made if 30% of the keywords were not Page 1 within the first year.

The agreement items were all met (Page 1 & Positive ROI on Ads), so I was happy with the project deliverables. They also have a bi-weekly meeting that allows us to ask questions so that we don't go forward with the project on a smoke-and-mirrors basis. We have needs that change quickly because we are a startup.

They are able to be flexible, i.e. start another campaign for different business goals within a week, and I thought that was only possible with the care and attention they pay to their client businesses.
