SAVA digital has been doing web design and development, graphic design, and digital marketing for us. So far, their team has designed three posters for social media marketing, which we intend to use to market our homeschooling and private tutor services.

Regarding website development, they're building it from scratch on WordPress using JavaScript. The site is an NGO platform that we'll link to a fundraiser system we're running with embedded donation links. In addition, they'll do website maintenance for at least 2–3 months.

I've been working with one person from their team.

We found them through an online search.

How much have you invested with them?

We've spent $700 with them so far.

The engagement started in July 2022, and it's still ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The quality of the work is excellent, and it has surpassed our expectations. In addition, they've delivered top-notch and professional poster designs, and we haven't had any corrections on them. Moreover, they go the extra mile and advise us on many other IT-related matters.

How did SAVA Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

They meet deadlines, are good at communication, and we haven't had any delays from their end. Regarding tools, we do Zoom meetings, phone calls, and WhatsApp.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They're very professional in their work.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could improve their patience and not be in a rush to make tough decisions. There was a time they almost terminated our agreement because of a two-day delayed response, but that was because we were so busy then and couldn't respond to them immediately.

Be strict on time management because they're a company that meets deadlines and is strict on time, and they expect everyone else to be like them.
