When we started our ad account was not working and we were not able to run any ads. Av Consulting worked around the issue and made it possible. We had our SEO improved and we improved our website UI and UX.

They delivered everything on time, and I always a very good discipline.

Their effort and try to reach targets was very genuine and I always felt that they're part of our company.

I think AV Consulting is great in UI/UX and SEO. The teams have a lack of experience and knowledge about online ads. We needed to break the seasonal pattern of our sales. The pattern never changed. Besides, the increase in sales number was fewer than our increase in marketing budget and our increase in market presence. So, simply, with AV Consulting we were selling more but making less money. I can't put all of it on AV Consulting but that was part of the agenda and plan and never delivered.

What was the team composition?

I worked in coordination with the Co -Founder and social media and web design experts within the team

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I've seen an increased level in sales of approximately 85% and still climbing as social media criteria are refinded based on analytics. It is anticipated that the rate of business will continue to climb.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Work flow and coordination was well coordinated. There was a slight delay in development due to the effects of COVID and its impact on staffing due to illness but this was something that all business have had to come to grips with. The disprutions were minimal.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They had a personalized and responsive service and endeavored to provide the best possible advice. My key contact is with the Founder who keep me up to date and continues to advise me on an ongoing basis. he is in touch regularly so that we stay ontrack. I have been very impressed by their supportive assistance.

Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?

I do not think so. I have been very ahppy with the service and advice that i have been receiving.
