When we initially hired V2Works, we were on a very tight timeframe. They ran the whole project on my behalf, providing a budget and timeframe, which were stuck to. The people who were assigned to our project provided daily updates as to where they were and what they needed. The back and forth was excellent in this regard. I would advise clients to trust V2Works. This project has probably been one of the best relationships I’ve had with an outside vendor in terms of proactivity. It’s always difficult choosing a third-party, but I think that clients can place trust in V2Works. They are very creative people who will work hard and look out for clients’ best interests.

What I liked about them is that my staff and my doctors are so computer illiterate, that, if the phones go down or whatever, Burgi Technologies will remotely fix them right away. Or, if they can't do it remotely, they'll come to our offices, but they don't charge us extra unless there's a special fee or something that we want them to do. For example, we did an hour-long HIPAA training, which is required once a year, and I paid extra for that. They don't nickel and dime me. And they're just so nice, helping us with the smallest things.
