UviaUs provided the following: an updated brand playbook, a strategy for a targeted marketing campaign, content/graphic/video development for the campaign, material design (box, book, card, pencil), individual landing pages for targeted campaigns, email templates and social for the campaigns. They managed outside vendors for the production of physical elements and video production.

Book a meeting with prospect targets. Hopefully, sign a client.

The project management tool was great to have with a project this large and time-consuming. We added a project manager on our side to ensure both companies met deliverables. We did encounter delays due to COVID-19 impacts but having clear, transparent communication assisted during those challenges.

The idea of creating an experience via a marketing campaign. It felt untraditional and unique.

Are there any areas for improvement or something UviaUs could have done differently?

We weren't quite ready for the labor on our side because our marketing team was not as robust. Not a problem that UviaUs created. The project made us realize we needed to be more robust in our other marketing aspects.

UviaUs offers dimensional direct mail pieces crafted from high-end materials that are more appropriate for an executive recipient. They also go beyond standard direct mail tactics (e.g., sending swag or gift cards). Instead, they build out custom experiences that are more likely to be compelling and meaningful.

Are there any areas for improvement or something UviaUs could have done differently?

One of their subcontractors for manufacturing the box had quality control issues at one point that caused a delay to launching the campaign. As far as I understand, they no longer work with that subcontractor.
