Our team had varied expectations, and some members were hesitant about entering into a contract with an offshore team. However, each person on the team has been incredibly pleased with Pacific Accounting & Business Services' work. We primarily communicate via Microsoft Teams. We also have weekly video chats and can communicate via Karbon. Pacific Accounting & Business Services' level of communication is incredibly high. The team has also made recommendations for processes or worksheets that we've implemented throughout our organization.
