FP GLOBAL is a privately held company with business office in Hong Kong. Our firm offers gaming in a webapp on all PC/Mac and Mobile devices. I'm a manager.

For what projects/services did your company hire CGO Finance sp. z o.o.?

It was a new business in HK we didn’t know how to do a lot of paperwork and accounting that comes with owning a business in Hong Kong. I didn’t know a lot about bookkeeping, which is also a big reason why I needed a partner. We required a reliable team to keep our books in order and provide accounts to our auditor on time.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We found CGO Finance by browsing the web. The determining factor was their good reputation on the market and professional approach. After fist meeting we had with the Owner of CGO Finance, we were impressed by their knowledge about gaming industry. We had a strong feeling that they know exactly how to approach our accounting issues. And I can admit after this years it was a perfect choice of a partner.

We had some online introduction, team went through our data from previous years and set up the general ledger. Our partnership is still ongoing. They are preparing our monthly accounting reports and our yearly tax fillings in Hong Kong.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We worked with Manager Senior accountant and a team of other accountants. In addition the owner of CGO Finance was incredibly dedicated and helpful, always willing to take on new tasks when asked.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

So far, I’m very satisfied with the work they’ve done. They’ve taken a lot of the accounting work off my plate, which is a big plus and allows me to focus on my business. Having good bookkeeping partner gives us a peace of mind. If we need financial documents, we know everything is already in order.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The team of CGO Finance is very involved in helping us achieve our goals. The communication is satisfactory for us. All of the important aspects are discussed when it is needed.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

All members of the team are very helpful and reliable. They made our lives easier by keeping our books in order and providing accounts to our auditor on time. Their professionalism, expertise, and dedication to project success make them excellent partners.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I can’t think of anything that was an issue for me.

Opening our european branch. They've helped us with opening bank account in Poland without our presence in Poland.

everything has been running smoothly. CGO Finance met APTIVIST expectations. They are well-organized, accurate and experienced in accounting and taxation.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

very fluid. They're responsive despite being in different time zones for the project. CGO Finance asking only essential questions, so communication is perfect. 

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They make us feel we are also important to them. CGO Finance has made tax filing and other reporting smoother by reconciling the books accurately and on time. They've also provided with a usable monthly financial statement, helping improve business performance.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

There are always areas of opportunity but nothing to really worry about, we are satisfied with their service
