If I had any questions, they conducted on-line meetings and phone calls to explain everything. They were very involved and helpful. They helped both with legal aspects via CGO Legal and with accounting and taxes via CGO Finance. Deliverables:

For the introduction we had an online meeting via MS Teams with the owner of CGO Finance. After that they quickly took care of VAT registration of my company. Now, they are doing my monthly VAT & ZUS declarations. The team that supports me consists of the following people:

• Other team members - who helped a lot with VAT and ZUS registration and are keeping now track of my accounting records.

CGO Finance did everything that I asked for in a timely manner. VAT registration went smoothly and my accounting records are capably taken care of. CGO Group is covering all of my needs regarding my polish sole proprietorship. The registration process was well organized. Communication is always smooth-flowing. We communicate mainly on the phone, e-mail or via MS Teams. They are always easily accessible and available. They reply to any requests quickly, precisely and efficiently.

They speak fluently english and help a lot with the translation and explanation of polish administration. They give me also advices and listen to my needs. They are really good on their business. We pay fixed amount each month, when we need additional work done there is price list which we can refer to or we can establish the expected cost of an action that we need.

So far, I’m very satisfied with the work they’ve done. They’ve taken a lot of the accounting work off my plate, which is a big plus and allows me to focus on my business. Having good bookkeeping partner gives us a peace of mind. If we need financial documents, we know everything is already in order.
