Assistance with setting up automation, templates, cashflow forecasting, reconciliations, suggested applications and ongoing education.

What were your goals for this engagement?

Better understand the Xero platform and it's features. Troubleshoot issues Without education I would continue to come across the same problems which would be detrimental to running my business.

A referral from a trusted business source directed me to Digit. As I knew this colleague well I didn't consider looking elsewhere and have not been disappointed.

Over the last 6+ years Digit has been assisting our business with bookkeeping software applications and advice. From initial setup to ongoing education and problem solving the team are a wealth of knowledge, always friendly and accommodating. In this digital world it is very comforting to know there is a real person with real time solutions available to help when I am struggling with business finance issues.

I have worked with a couple of members of the Digit team. Their synergy and systems are such that it is never an issue speaking with another team member. Although they are growing the service quality and support is consistent.

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

Digit has saved me an immense amount of time and money by solving problems that would have taken me hours to manage. They always exceed expectations in their delivery.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Digit provide Zoom support and videoing content and calls to enable me to playback if I have similar problems or want a refresher on the solution used. I have been engaged in face to face education on reporting and forecasting for my business goals.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The breadth of knowledge of the team is immense. Andrew's analytical expertise as well as his interest in industry trends in all things digital ensures the team are up to date. Leah's skills with Xero and bookkeeping are first rate and I implicitly trust her guidance.
