My company is On The Maps. We are a marketing company and I am the director.

What challenge were you trying to address with Raben CPA Firm?

I’m not very good with numbers so I hired Raben CPA Firm to provide full-stack accounting services to my company.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They take care of our accounting, payroll, and bookkeeping completely. In addition, some of what they do expands into consulting in terms of advice on how to direct our revenue streams as well.

What is the team composition?

There are three of their employees on our account: one who takes care of taxes, one who does payroll, and one who handles the bookkeeping.

How did you come to work with Raben CPA Firm?

I knew Mark outside of the business for a while, and when I found out that he did accounting I jumped on the opportunity to get his company’s help with that.

How much have you invested with them?

The project has cost a little over $5,000 so far.

What is the status of this engagement?

I started working with them at the beginning of 2019, and our partnership is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They’ve saved me at least $20,000 just in the two years that they’ve helped me, so the ROI from working with them has been incredible. Their team has given me incredible peace of mind when it comes to the business, simply from knowing that everything is being done the right way without me even having to worry about it.

How did Raben CPA Firm perform from a project management standpoint?

Communication is definitely one of their strong suits. They will call or email me anytime they need me, and if I have any questions or requests, they always get back to me right away.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They are incredibly customer-oriented, so you always feel taken care of rather than worried about whether or not they are taking advantage of you. You can go into their office and just talk about your goals for the future, and they will help you put a strategy together without making you feel like you don’t know enough.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I have no complaints at all. They’ve always done a great job and I plan to stay with them forever if I can.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I would just suggest that you get in there as fast as possible. Don’t worry about it for too long and let things pile up because it feels overwhelming. They make the process incredibly easy and it will take so much off your plate as a business owner that it is definitely worth it.
