I'm working as Accounts Manager with a Shipping Company and its subsidiaries responsible for Budgeting, Reporting & Finalization of Financial Statements.

RBS has been appointed as our Statutory Auditors for our Companies since 2015.

What were your goals for this engagement?

To provide Trial Balance, Schedules and other relevant documents to complete auditing and to get Audited Financials & Auditors report.

We searched online and took referrals from our close associates & friends and choose RBS from several proposals as they were cost effective & best fit for our requisites.

We find their billing as cost effective. They issue invoices yearly after completing Audit works and issuing the Reports.

We are in contact with single person until the work gets over. Yes, the team size increased over time.

They are completing our works with in reasonable time frame and we are able to submit the Financials & Report to Management and relevant Authorities.

I'm in contact with their team members for our Audit works. We often communicate over the phone to discuss ongoing process and use email for sending files, reports & confirmations.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The team members we are in contact with are experienced and professionals and our works are getting completed on time and precisely. They are time bound and cost effective too.

Are there any areas for improvement?

As an appointed Auditors they are providing best services to us and we are happy with them.
