FOCUS31 has intention to grow significantly over the next 3 to 5 years to 10X our Revenues. Our business requires now that I am the centre of all business activity. The business is not saleable to 10X with that business model. Kedden assisted us to explore new Revenue opportunities as well as sound ideas to transition me out from the centre of business activity such as: 

1. Licensing our Business Planning solution to other Business Coaches with <5 years experience 
2. Build out the leadership capability of our Operations Manager in the Philippines 
3. Hire additional coaching resources or bring sub-contractors in under our brand. 
4. Rework website to better fit our expanding direction and our niche market

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

While it is early days we are moving now on all 4 of the areas where change was identified as being needed and are seeing a significant uptick in our pipeline of prospects such that a 2X increase in Revenues for 2024 is inevitable.
