We needed help with lead generation.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They’ve been instrumental in organizing and reaching out to tens of thousands of colder leads. As part of the process, we pull a list and I review it. Then, it’s uploaded into Google sheets.

We work with 4–5 people at the peak. Currently, I’m only using 1.5 people.

I Googled lead generation companies and interviewed 3–4. I found them to be the best listeners, and they understood my goals the most. Their pricing is also very competitive.

How much have you invested with them?

At our peak, we spent $7,000 per month.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in June 2019, and our work is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

They organize things very well and give me a lot of hot leads. At our peak, we were getting 2–3 good leads per day. It saves me tons of time and gives me a great ROI.

How did MySource Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re pretty open with communication. The team is available 24/7, and we keep in contact via phone and email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They listen to direction well and there’s no problem if I don’t like something. There’s never any pushback or issues, which is why I’ve used them for as long as I have.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, they provide excellent service for the price.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

My advice is to be direct with them and tell the team exactly what you want. They’ll be very receptive.
