I’m a partner at an accounting firm.

What challenge were you trying to address with Sapphire Info Solutions?

We needed to outsource some of the work we needed to do for our customers.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Sapphire Info Solutions provides us with support across several accounting specialties. They’ve provided bookkeeping, tax returns, and corporate financial statement support. I believe they’ve used QuickBooks. However, they haven’t provided us with any financial planning support; we do that all in-house.

What is the team composition?

I primarily work with two project managers, and I’m unsure how many other teammates are assigned to the project.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve invested $25,000–$50,000 with them.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our ongoing partnership began in May 2020.

Sapphire Info Solutions’ support has reduced our costs, but we’ve primarily focused on the time they’ve saved us.

Their team is great at meeting deadlines and is very responsive. Typically, my communication with Sapphire Info Solutions depends on the urgency of the matter. Everyday communication is usually through email, but if the matter is urgent, we call them or send a WhatsApp message. It's easy to reach Sapphire Info Solutions’ team.

Sapphire Info Solutions’ team has a great work ethic and delivers high-quality service. Also, their services are reasonably priced.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Their team can focus more on reviewing their junior teammates’ work before relaying it to us.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Sapphire Info Solutions is a good outsourcing company and can cover all aspects of a partnership. Their team is accessible and their work is very good. Since they provide such a range of services, it’s hard to pick one piece of advice to give.
