The clinic encountered several challenges in their financial landscape, including fluctuations in Net $ per encounter, changes in the service mix impacting revenue streams, disparities in encounters data across different quarters, concerns over billing accuracy, and identifying and managing one-off expenses. 
Additionally, they needed to align expenses with budgetary constraints and identify areas of potential overspending.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The collaborative efforts between the clinic and the Account Prism team resulted in tangible improvements in financial performance. With strategic insights and actionable recommendations provided by Account Prism, the clinic successfully navigated through challenges, optimized operations, and positioned itself for sustainable growth. 
These improvements included a increase in Net $ per visit, a increase in patient retention rates, a increase in collections, a reduction in average AR days, and a reduction in overall expenses.
