Review all facets of business operation to identify gaps to improve the business operation. This entails the implementation of new tools and processes. In addition, Standard Operating Procedures are being created to facilitate continuity betweennew centers being opened or new hires being onboarded.

• Streamlined scheduling process to reduce management overhead while improving customer satisfaction. 
• Converted intake processing to Electronic Forms reducing repetitive entries while also improving the ease of managing HIPAA compliance. 
• Developing Automation in CRM to improve revenue capture.

Weekly video meeting to review progress and identify gaps to keep the project on track. Tasks delivered on time or valid explanations for delays provided, some of which delays caused by client not meeting deadlines for information requested. Timely communication with any concerns that were presented. Very focused on client satisfaction and the successful outcome of the project.

NSKT Global is invested in my company's success and has taken the time to understand our business challenges and develop a custom solution to solve our problems. Our unique business model does not have cookie cutter solutions. NSKT has vastly improved my business operation which in short order positively impacted our business financials. I am grateful to have NSKT as a trusted partner.

I’m the CEO of a financial services company in India. We generally deal with loans, insurance investment, wealth management, and credit cards.

What challenge were you trying to address with NSKT Global?

We wanted to scale our team, but we struggled to put systems in place. We wanted to automate processes that deal with paying or collecting money from vendors. NSKT Global audited the accounts and developed the systems for our organization.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They started by making various systems for the organization. Because I liked their work, I gave them more tasks. They became the lead auditor for our company and have become instrumental in shaping our proprietary technology. Now our team reports to them so they can combine all the points required, prioritize with the IT team, and conduct testing. Once they put the systems in place, they provide training to our entire team.

What is the team composition?

We work with 3–4 people, but I work directly with one person. I’ve seen other team members working with my internal team.

A friend of mine referred them to me. To oblige my friend, I gave them a small task, but they completely outperformed my expectations. They put a lot of effort into the project, so I increased the scope of the work.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

By bringing them on board, I’ve saved myself a lot of time. They coordinate very well with the entire team, so we’ve become more productive and more efficient. Before bringing NSKT Global on board, challenges came up when sales increased, but because of them, everything has run smoothly. Now I can focus on sales and operations.

How did NSKT Global perform from a project management standpoint?

We use Microsoft Office products, and they often present on PowerPoint. They also integrated a Power BI tool that allows me to see all of the data and view how the project is progressing.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They work from the heart. They’re very understanding and they always outperform themselves. Even when the scope of our project increases, they’re extremely accommodating. They stick to their deadlines and are extremely professional. I’m very happy to work with them.

They don’t need to improve anything.

Invest in them, and they will get behind your business. The more transparent they are, the more they will be able to help your organization.

What was the scope of their involvement?

NSKT Global helped me with accounting and managing my balance sheets. They also implemented a CRM on my server which was quite useful. They provided me with Microsoft BI in my server which helps us to get all the projects streamlined and helps us work with the clients as well as diagnose problems.

I’m still working with them because I’m trying to expand myself as a company. Currently, they’re also assisting me in developing a statement of position (SOP).

I work with two partners from their company. My main point of contact was the managing partner.

So far, the ROI of my investment is around 12–15%.

NSKT Global only missed one deadline. At that time, they were delayed for 5–6 days. After that, they have been delivering everything else on time.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They have been very communicative and professional. The team also takes time to explain every minor detail. They have always been friendly and explained each and every part of the project. Above all, they’re quite knowledgeable about cybersecurity and what common practices can be done for data protection.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They need to improve their brand and need more workforce. Other than that, their work is successful as they’re involved in the process.

Bargain a little bit to get a better price. Be patient with the work they’re explaining to you. To be honest, after a certain period of time, they're explanations became useful to me. They need your understanding to get things right.

NSKT Global helped in identifying and correcting my tax liability from the years 2022 to 2024 for both US and India due to my international holdings. There were tasked to review the current filing details, identify the gaps (if any), recalculate correct tax liability and filing them with appropriate authorities.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They have delivered on all the tasked objectives within agreed parameters. All required filings are got amended and re-filed as they came out of recalculation of correct tax liabilities.

Nikhil as the main representative has got engaged very early and he helped me understanding the right analysis needed, overseen the tax data re-entry, recalculation, reviewing the renewed tax liabilities, explaining the clarification points and finally helping them to be filed in an efficient manner.
