Firstly, they supported the T2 return by being intrinsically linked with our partner company. Fuller Landau has been quick in fulfilling our requirements, and they’ve definitely improved our financing.

Overall, they’re efficient and responsive. Fuller Landau has saved us time because we don’t have to do as much — they handle everything for us. Our partnership is a matter of money, time, and headache saving.

How did Fuller Landau LLP perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re well ahead of the game, and we’re the ones who are always lagging at sending them documents. On the other hand, email communication is fantastic. They answer all our questions and give us feedback. We have no issues at all with Fuller Landau.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re a smaller firm, but they offer a bunch of services. Also, they’re joined with the consulting firm that does our tax returns.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Their merchant system for electronic payments wasn’t working one time, so I had to do it over the phone. In that sense, they could improve their online money system.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

Fuller Landau is directly partnered with a shred company. If you can do a shred, you should definitely consider that and get the most value out of it.
