Within 15 days they completed our business taxes. They are great at sending us reminders regarding our meetings, deadlines, needed documents and etc.

Perhaps we could have some form of google doc to manage timelines or a project manage tool like ASANA where we keep all questions related to the project so everything is in one place as opposed to email as an idea

I don't have to retell my story or concerns even with his team. All docs, authorizations, and files were all electronic which made it easier to process the filing in CRA and for our review.

Cost and time reductions and helped avoid any penalties from passed late filings. All forms were updated and filed properly. Above all, our worry and anxiety were reduced to zero just based on the services they provided to us.

It was well-organized. I have to follow-up at the start to get the authorization access to my Business account. I was able to integrate them into my accounting software and CRA account that they utilized for proper tax filing. They respond within an hour or within minutes. They were terrible, unprofessional, and had no recollection of details shared. Every meeting was a surprise to the accountant, as if they were hearing details of the case for the first time. They kept giving me the run around, misinformed me on steps I needed to take, and managed to delay my timeline by months.

Stop assigning junior accountants to cases that require attention to detail. Maybe get a CRM to help you track simple information about your client so your accontants aren't asking silly questions - total loss of confidence in the accountant and the firm.
