Stan Sukhinin developed and set up a monthly KPI process, built the annual budget across our locations, and prepared data-driven presentations for stakeholders. He worked with our internal team and our outside accounting vendors very effectively.  He also helped us to streamline several accounting processes that reduced both errors and FTE needed.

Consistent, actionable monthly insight and a clearer view of the business than I'd had before. When we later hired a full-time CFO, they said Stan's work gave them a strong foundation. Stan was unfailingly responsive and his work was consistently high quality.
