Algo Clan Inc. was great at sticking to deadlines, responding quickly to our needs, and adapting to changes. They communicated well throughout, kept us updated, and handled challenges smoothly. Post-launch support was solid, and they stayed committed to continuous improvement, ensuring everything ran as planned.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Algo Clan Inc. could have done differently?

I would say Algo Clan team uses a lot of cutting edge technologies throughout their building. Sometimes, it was challenging for us to cope up to get up to speed. I am not saying its bad (lolz, you are building a tech tool and complaining about the complications of the tech tools.), but the team would need to invest more time sometimes to get their client onboarded slowly. Again, its just a US challenge vs THEM.

As a healthcare provider, I engaged Algo Clan to develop a state-of-the-art remote patient monitoring (RPM) system to enhance our patient care services. The project started in January 2023 and was completed by September 2023, with an estimated cost of $100,000 to $200,000. 

The team began by designing and implementing a comprehensive RPM system that included wearable devices to monitor patients' vital signs such as heart rate, blood pressure, and oxygen levels. These devices provided real-time data, which was crucial for tracking patients' health conditions remotely. 

In addition to the hardware, Rohan and Team developed a user-friendly mobile application that allowed patients to view their health data and communicate with healthcare providers. The app also enabled healthcare professionals to monitor their patients, receive alerts for any abnormal readings, and provide timely interventions.

Throughout the project, the team maintained excellent communication, providing regular updates and incorporating our feedback to ensure the final product met our specific needs. Post-deployment, they offered comprehensive training for both our staff and patients, along with ongoing support to ensure the smooth operation of the RPM system.

The implementation of this RPM solution has improved our ability to monitor and manage patients' health conditions remotely. We have seen a notable increase in patient adherence to the monitoring system, a reduction in hospital readmissions, and high levels of patient satisfaction. We are extremely pleased with the outcomes and highly recommend Algo Clan for their expertise and professionalism in IoT development.

The project achieved several measurable outcomes that clearly demonstrate its success:

Are there any areas for improvement or something Algo Clan Inc. could have done differently?

While the overall experience with Algo Clan was highly positive, one area for potential improvement could be the enhancement of their post-deployment support response time. Although they provided ongoing support, quicker response times for support requests could further enhance the UX. Additionally, expanding the training sessions to cover more advanced troubleshooting could empower our staff to handle minor issues independently.

Overall, Algo Clan's performance was outstanding, and we are extremely pleased with the results of the project.

Phase one included creating a web based platform that was customizable for our clients. Phase two included a mobile version of the platform. Phase three involved a major overhaul to create a much more expansive backend so that we could offer the platform as a true SaaS model and give other trainers, coaches, creators their own accounts and access to the backend creator tools that previously were only for one user.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our grant management services have been built around our online and mobile platform. We've served a good number of POC clients including. Our platform has been used by some non-profit organizations as well as for hundreds of professionals to manage their grant applications to federal and provincial governments. Over hundreds of applicants have used our platform and we were successfull in raising some funds using the POC platform built by Algo Clan.

I think I've never had a business partnership with the level of trust I've had with the Algo Clan team. We met regularly. They were always prepared, open to our feedback, extremely responsive to our requests and those of our end users. But possibly the most impressive quality of our relationship with them has been their attitude. They never said that they couldn't do something. They would listen to our ideas and requests and then figure out a couple options that we could pursue.

They always treated our projects as if they were a part of us, with the same pride and commitment to excellence we have.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Algo Clan Inc. could have done differently?

Really loved their product angles/These guys are definitely unique as you can find hundreds of dev shops out there without having the understanding of the product development. Their CEO understands this gap well and positioned the company more of a consulting firm with product knowledge first then a dev shop second. I think the product decisions we made collaboratively with Algo Clan can alone justify the payment of the project.
