Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the director of finance at a 97-year-old construction management company in Cleveland, Ohio. We operate in five states and manage somewhere around 200 construction projects annually.

We needed help in accounting and tax preparation.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We engage with Meaden & Moore on an annual basis for our yearend general ledger audit and our company’s tax returns. In addition, they make recommendations on accounting controls, risks, tax strategies, and generally accepted accounting principles. They also provide incidental professional services. We use Client Access to share documents securely. 

What is the team composition?

I’ve worked with Carlin (VP), Angelina (VP), and eight CPAs.

Meaden & Moore was already working with our company before I joined the team.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent around $2.5 million so far.

What is the status of this engagement?

Meaden & Moore has been working with our company since June 2010, and our relationship is ongoing.

Meaden & Moore’s output has been on-point. I’m 100% satisfied with their work, and they’ve exceeded my expectations.
