Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We recently signed a 12-month engagement contract for the implementation of the SWOT assessment results.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Above average. We use Microsoft as our main software. Lzvcpa installed Office 365 Teams onto my desktops and mobile devices for workflow and communications.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Lzvcpa Information technology division. Their remote IT staff support desk diagnosed our store and office desktop email servers and customizing our sales, inventory, and other software needs. The on-ground local support is incredible and responsive.

We needed a professional firm that would work with us on a small budget to provide advisory services on accounting, tax, legal, contract, mortgage, government funding, construction, and engineering contractor selection. We are a newly incorporated tenant association.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We purchased our building without any problems. We established another tenant association to manage the buildings and assets.  We successfully hired an architect/engineer to manage our building renovation.

Liss, Zobel, Valencia's staff was wonderful. Their deliverables were accurate and timely.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We valued their focus, honesty, dedication, flexibility, and communication. They are reasonable and methodical.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Yes. We should have hired Lzvcpa earlier.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

My goals and objectives were met within the first 18 months. I was too afraid to disengage Lzvcpa. So I kept the firm on retention in case I needed their expertise.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Awesome! Never a missed deadline. I could reach them 365 days and year and 24/7 (including holidays). Their client team communications network was extremely effective and productive.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

There was always someone to answer my questions. Return my calls, texts, or emails. Incredible attention to detail. They made work appear easy and they were unbelievably friendly and highly qualified.
