We’ve probably invested somewhere between $250,000–$300,000.

The ongoing partnership started in January 2016.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They deliver their tasks on time and on target for us to review and provide feedback. I’ve experienced absolute success through their process and our partnership has been fantastic so far.

How did Brickwork India Pvt Ltd perform from a project management standpoint?

They perform well from a project management standpoint as I’ve had no problems so far. We typically communicate through Microsoft Teams and Zoom.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We’re very impressed with their professionalism — their customer service, work ethic, and deliverables have all been fantastic. They helped us build our organization into what it is now, so it’s been quite an eye-opening experience.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t have any type of constructive criticism towards their service because they already do an outstanding job.

I would advise you to start your partnership with them as soon as possible because they will help you excel and take your organization to the next level.

We needed help in web development.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Brickwork developed two WordPress platforms from scratch for our team — the first was my website, and the second was our company website. They laid out the sites’ designs, provided the links, and uploaded the necessary files and forms. Their team also created various graphic assets, including logos. 

The site is already finished, and Brickwork is currently providing maintenance services.

I’ve worked with five teammates, including a project manager.

Brickwork’s websites have received positive feedback from users due to the sites’ simplicity. Their team met my expectations as the two sites do everything I want. I’m 100% satisfied with their work.

Brickwork is excellent at project management. We communicate through emails.

Very professional outcome and great presence, colleagues, and clients like it.

Their workflow was very effective, and they were always reachable.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The summary after each meeting with the next steps.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Sometimes I had difficulties understanding the options and had to ask again. Good that at the end of each meeting we summarized what we discussed which helped a lot.
