Communication is one of Fenix strengths. We paid attention to it from our first meetings. Before signing the contract, the PM, the UX/UI specialist, the SEO specialist, dev. lead communicated with us. Other companies had only sales representatives at the meeting. After signing the contract, our project was managed by a PM who answered our questions at any day of the week and at any time of the day. We were also connected to the task tracker (Jira). Every week the PM made report on the stack of tasks done and determine the next one. As the project was ready and after the CMS training, Vladislav (PM) was in touch with us answering all our questions.
