4.5 Aug 26, 2020Working with BetterWorld has been wonderful. They are incredibly responsive. Our biggest problem was with our old vendor and their unwillingness to cooperate with the transition. However, even with that challenge, BetterWorld was patient, but persistent and worked through every challenge and barrier that was put in their path by this old company. For me it is the level of expertise that BetterWorld has or has access to that most impresses me. I have quickly come to trust their advice and judgement.

Managing a hardware refresh across 15 retail locations while simultaneously supporting a POS migration is a logistically complex undertaking, and they handled it with a level of organization that made the process feel controlled rather than chaotic. They came prepared. Each phase of the rollout was planned in advance, sites were coordinated so our store teams knew what to expect and when, and the sequencing was managed in a way that avoided overlap or gaps that could have caused disruption. We didn't have to chase them for updates — communication was proactive throughout.
