When I started with Discovertec, 23 years ago, in Parsippany, NJ, Donny did a lot of the work himself. It was a fairly small organization at that time. Even in those days the service was excellent. Under his superb direction and management, it has grown into one of the premier organizations I have worked with. Their excellent service and range of offerings have made this growth happen.

My business for the last ten years as a strategy consultant was as a sole consultant. I must be their smallest and probably least profitable client. Yet they still looked after my IT needs as if I was Microsoft. Donny has inculcated an excellent culture of service and response. I would recommend Discovertec to any organization requiring an IT partner.

I genuinely believe DT to be a fantastic company and would recommend them to anyone.

Discover Tec was hired to set the company up on system aligned computers and to activate and streamline our office 365 products, they also assisted with creating an onboarding document so that future hires can be added to the system with ease. They also served as our "IT staff" answering questions and providing valuable support along the way even making suggestions on how to improve our website.

In my opinion, this is where Discover Tec truly shines. They were very timely, sometimes beating deadlines. Our IT expert (Robert) is referred to as our "superhero". Preston responded to requests promptly, courteously, and professionally. He even went above and beyond to ensure we were able to get our CEO's computer up and running as she hit roadblock after roadblock. Jason Booth was also very responsive helping us find a price point that didn't undercut the value and worth of Discover Tec while not blowing our small operational budget.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Although we are not their only client, we sure felt like we were. The responsiveness, courtesy, and expert knowledge delivered in such a way where we felt like we were their only client and a very big client...even though we are not.

Are there any areas for improvement or something DiscoverTec could have done differently?

I personally would love to see a separate division or process for small nonprofits so that we can pool our resources and hire a firm like discover tec to lead us through IT issues as they arise. Because nonprofits are so unique in their structure, financial capacity, and IT needs we desparately need incredibly amazing and supportive organizations like Discover Tec to work with us.
