Funding raised at the event. As we heavily rely on online software to raise funds at the events, we faced issues with connectivity every year. This year we raised the MOST to date and received alot of praise for our attendees on the ease of access due to the connectivity Cyber Command set up.

The project management was excellent. The team was very communicative and intuitive. Where I found it hard to undertsand the source of the pain point of our historical problems with connection they understood and tackled it. They were professional and amazing to work with. Everything was timely and promptly handled.

I am the owner of a Budget Blind's franchise that covers the central Florida area. We sell window treatments to residential and commercial customers.

What challenge were you trying to address with Cyber Command?
We have about 11 people with computers and we needed external help with computer issues.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
We call them for a lot of things. My team can call them whenever they have an issue with their computers. They’re able to help us quickly. There’s always someone available to get on it.
They’ll go into our computers remotely and will take a look at what’s wrong, then fix it to get us back on track.
Most of the time, it’s just day to day needs, but we also rely on them for help elsewhere. For example, when we shifted to take on corporate’s system for ordering and communicating with factories, Cyber Command helped us onboard there.
What is the team composition?
When we call in, somebody either takes the call or gets back to us. I don’t know how many people we speak to. I usually talk to Reade Taylor (Technology Leader & Founder) myself.
How did you come to work with Cyber Command?
I knew another company locally that was working with them. They recommended Cyber Command, so I reached out directly to Reade.
How much have you invested with them?
We spend about $4,800 on a monthly basis.

We started working with them around April 2015 and it’s ongoing.

When we need them, they’re available and they solve all of our issues. It works for our team and everybody is happy with the turnaround time. We receive almost immediate help.

They perform well. Whenever something comes up, we’re able to get ahold of them. Most of our communication is over the phone, but we email if needed.
