Following a recent merger and some workforce restructuring, we were left with a remote office site with a local network, some on-premise servers, and regular in-office users, but with no on-site IT personnel. A plan was also in place to move this office to a new physical location. We had to find solution to address the following needs:

Provide ongoing IT user support (remote help desk and on-site when necessary)
Conduct a pre-move discovery audit of the network, servers, and hardware
Technical assistance during the office move to shut down, disassemble, re-install, and re-configure all networking and server hardware
Replace legacy network components with new hardware
Optimize Windows domain and server setup

Upgrading computer system to Window 11 from windows 7. Was having connection issues with outlook 2021 Home and office. After 2 1/2 hours we found that there was a registry issue to be corrected. After locating the issue it was only a matter of minutes to correct the problem

After correcting the registry issue on one computer, I applied the registry correction to the other 2 machines that had problems. All 3 now can connect to the email.

Basically the Tech jumped right in. We conferenced together and together we brainstormed the possible problems. After several run through with no success, we both came up with the registry issue and that corrected the issue, there was no need for project management we just needed to solve the problem at hand.

THEY LISTENED. We had 2 other companies come in and were unable to find the problem. The frm Mytek technician listened, asked questions and made suggestion's. It was up to me to decide if it was a valid course of action. Even when I was wrong, the Tech was not judgemental and made other suggestions to what it might have been. In the end we solved the problem.

There was nothing that could have do differently. We identified the problem, got the solution, applied the solution and the problem was solved, I couldn't have asked for a better outcome.
