We had been using HubSpot for 4 or 5 years. The person who did most of the HubSpot work and maintenance had left the organization. We decided to continue using HubSpot, but needed to know that we were getting the ROI needed to justify keeping it in our tech stack. The project was recommended by Three Ventures based on similar engagements they had completed with other SaaS companies. The scope was defined as a HubSpot audit and report of findings with their recommendations. We then continued with a second project to have them complete the remediations and optimize our account as well as re-educate our users on how to most effectively use the platform.

First, a clear understanding of the current state of the account. Then, a much more useful platform that was customized specifically for our daily use. And, a much better path forward for using the platform as well as keeping the data accurate and relevant.

When Three Ventures was done we had a fully functional ticketing system that now supports over 850 end users. They created our website and spent a lot of time making it feel like our brand. Three Ventures trained me on building landing pages and set up workflows that allow us to accomplish more in less time. They ensured everything we needed from HubSpot was working the way we needed it.

The goal of the project was to achieve parity with our existing analytics program, including the migration and set-up of our Google Tag Manager accounts, as well as build reporting dashboards in Tableau using Big Query that would mirror the existing Data Studio reporting we had been using.

We extensively tested during the migration to ensure that parity with our existing analytics set-up, reviewed updates tested our Google Tag Manager triggers, and ran extensive testing on the Tableu dashboards that were built for us. 

Across the board we saw success in the work that was done and it allowed us to be live on Google Analytics 4 ahead of the mandatory upgrade.
