Each month, our security metrics continue to improve and our hit rates are consistently going lower and lower — our employees are now able to spot phishing emails and handle them appropriately, which is a great result. They also send me weekly reports of our employees' progress, which they send as links to online files to make them readily and easily accessible. A lot of other vendors that I’ve worked with just disappeared to do their work once we signed the contract, but this wasn’t the case with TPx Communications — they contact me regularly to make sure that things are going the way I wanted them to go.

They’re responsive. If something doesn’t go according to plan, we can always call them. My point of contact is a business developer also. I call him days, nights, or weekends. If a client calls on Sunday with a problem, I can get the problem resolved. They’re able to come up with a creative solution. The whole team is willing to work harder to address any issues. They help us stay on budget and within the deadline. They don’t make any excuses. They do whatever they can to give good service.

For project management, they use a ticketing system. Currently, they’re launching a new support portal, and I’m going to be a part of testing it. This new portal looks great so far. Nonetheless, I can still send them emails or tickets; I’ll just state my problem, and they’ll work on it. More importantly, they respond to our queries immediately. From the moment I send an email or a ticket, we usually get a reply within five minutes. We might get an automated response, but I can get an answer within minutes if I want to call a person from their team. When they can’t prioritize our issue because they’re with another client, they also inform me quickly.
