Designing and launching a functional, custom website built for long-term scalability. Key deliverables across our partnership have included intuitive site architectures, clean and responsive user interfaces (UX/UI), custom contact and service intake forms, all aimed at streamlining user access and elevating the customer experience

iComm Studios successfully delivered a modern, responsive site. We have received direct, positive feedback from users noting that the site is intuitive and easy to navigate. Furthermore, the scalable backend architecture ensures that the site is equipped to support our business growth and handle increased demands.

As a business owner, it can be incredibly challenging to find partners who care as much about your company and your vision as you do. The team at iComm Studios takes ownership of a project as if they are personally vested in its success, functioning less like an outside vendor and more like fellow owners who share your passion. They are personable, highly collaborative, and an absolute pleasure to work with. I have trusted them with several projects across multiple companies, starting in 2015 and they have remained consistent in their commitment to excellence.

There are no areas for improvement. They give thoughtful, personalized attention to every person in our organization, every interaction, every meeting; the quality of their work and their dedication are truly impressive.

The team is responsive and creative. Sometimes we would ask for specific things; other times we only told them what the problem was and asked for their help finding solutions. They asked the right questions, and came back with ideas. They have an excellent understanding of the complexities of our platform. We've been working iComm Studios for several years and plan to continue.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I've been most impressed with their ability to understand and service our platform without having visited our business itself (it's on the other side of the country). Makerspaces do a lot of different things - offer workshops, manage memberships, sell consumables, and reserve time on equipment. 
No single product can do it all, so we've cobbled together a platform that includes around thirty plug-ins. This company is able facilitate communication between all these components and keep it running smoothly.

Are there any areas for improvement or something iComm Studios could have done differently?

Not at all, I'm very happy with the work that they do.

They met every possible goal I could of asked for. And the website design, came out better than i anticipated!

They delivered on everything I asked for. And when I thought something might need changed, they were able to make those changes to the desired outcome in a timely and professional manner
