A large part of the team is based in Eastern Europe, and they've accommodated to our time zone, for example. This isn't just for finishing the product, but also on a daily basis for our standup meetings. We found Intellectsoft to be very flexible and thick-skinned from some perspectives. We often told Intellectsoft's team that we hated a certain approach, only to change our minds a month later. Intellectsoft has adapted well to this, and it continues to be a big reason for doing business with them.
