The vendor demonstrated excellent project management throughout our engagement. Deliverables were consistently provided on time, adhering to our established timeline despite the technical complexity involved in fixing the initial implementation and integrating new functionalities.

Their response to our needs was consistently positive and solution-oriented. What particularly stood out was their approach to requirements gathering - the vendor regularly asked thoughtful clarifying questions to ensure complete understanding before proceeding with implementation. This proactive communication prevented misalignments and reduced the need for rework.

Another notable strength was their ability to work independently. Once objectives were clearly established, they required minimal oversight and demonstrated strong self-management skills. They maintained appropriate communication cadence while not requiring constant direction, which allowed our internal team to focus on other priorities with confidence that the technical aspects were being handled effectively.

This balanced approach of timely delivery, responsive communication, and independent execution significantly contributed to the successful launch of our pilot solution.

This client is an E-commerce brand and we did a new website redesign, but we needed a partner to deliver software that allowed the client to manage sales, inventory, etc. We also needed a mobile app which we designed and the team at Krasty Soft developed and launched. This project was a success both for us and for our client.

They delivered exceptional software and mobile applications before the established deadline, amazing code with no errors or bugs whatsoever. We were a bit concerned as our design mock-ups were not easy to develop but the Krasty team made it look like an easy task.

We wanted to create an inner management tool which includes not only classic spreadsheet/database, but could help manage our hr processes, be easy to understand for the newcomers, real-data access and more efficient way of interaction with our human resources. We needed complex toll in terms of features and functionality, but affordable at the same time. 

Krasty Soft was one of the few certified Retool teams on the market. We’ve got a positive reference about Krasty Soft so decided to proceed with this partner.

As we've got HR inner management system that way exceeded our expectations. Beside db management system, it included the interview scheduler, candidate selection pipeline, onboarding handler. In spite of being complex it has beautiful and easy-to-learn interface which allows multiple users and can be easily twiked from our end in case of necessity.
