The project was focused on creating a complete B2B booking solution for touroperatos agencies. The team handled both the technical foundation and the user-facing functionality, including connections with travel suppliers, booking flows for hotels, flights and additional services, dynamic packaging, pricing and availability updates, and tools for managing reservations. They were also responsible for the supporting infrastructure around the platform, such as APIs, access levels, payment processes, administration tools, frontend implementation, testing, system performance and deployment. The solution was designed to support further growth, allowing us to connect additional suppliers, introduce new products and onboard more agency partners without rebuilding the platform.

They managed the project in a very structured and transparent way. We always understood what was being worked on, what the priorities were, and what to expect next. The team was responsive and flexible when our priorities changed, which happened quite often during the development of the platform. They were also proactive in suggesting solutions instead of simply waiting for detailed instructions from our side. What impressed us most was their ability to understand both the technical side of the platform and the business logic behind it. Travel technology is complex, with multiple suppliers, booking flows, pricing rules, integrations, and a lot of operational edge cases, but they were able to understand these specifics quickly and turn them into practical solutions. Another strong point was their approach to AI. They did not treat AI as a buzzword, but looked for areas where it could actually improve the product and internal processes, such as automation, data handling, support workflows, and faster decision making. We also appreciated that they were not simply executing tasks. They regularly challenged ideas, suggested better approaches, and thought about how the platform could evolve and scale over time.

One area where they could improve is being even more proactive with long-term product planning and technical roadmap discussions. They were very strong in execution and problem-solving, but involving us earlier and more systematically in discussions around future architecture, AI opportunities, and scalability could have helped us make some strategic decisions faster. That said, this is more of an opportunity to add value than a major weakness, and their technical input was always useful when we involved them in these discussions.

The project was to create a video on demand service for in-door cycling classes filmed by Spinning Master Instructors. These classes are shot on location in Los Angeles and delivered to subscribers via iOS and Android applications. In addition to streaming videos and managing payment the applications also connect to sensors via Bluetooth. These sensors measure heart rate, power generated by the rider, and the speed at which they are pedaling.
